Keeping with theme nights, she has paid homage to Britney Spears, Queen, Janet Jackson and Disney heroes and villains on their respective nights, working with her stylists Eric Archibald and Natalia Barzilai, as well as designer Bryan Hearns on some crazy creations! For Disney Heroes Night, Tyra wore an outfit that was an homage to Nala from The Lion King, styling an animal-print gown with feather trimming. Then for Grease Night, she took a page from Sandy’s final look, rocking an all-leather ensemble. For Janet Jackson Night, Tyra recreated the pop star’s 1986 Control album cover, and for Britney Spears Night, Tyra donned an outfit that was a tip of the hat to Britney’s Baby One More Time music video. She wrote on her Instagram page, “Thigh highs and fierce eyes! No one can do it like the legend @britneyspears, but you know I sure as hell tried.” Launch the photo gallery to get a look at the outfits she has worn this season! The more intriguing point in all this is that despite the time and energy Tyra puts into her wardrobe for Dancing With the Stars, she previously shared that she personally doesn’t care about fashion. “If you notice me on a stage, it’s much different than a paparazzi shot of me going to get some ice cream or a burger," she said. “But when I am on that stage, I don’t think I’ve ever had this much fun with fashion in television in my entire career, including America’s Next Top Model.” Tune in tonight when Dancing With the Stars airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC to see what Tyra wears for the semifinals.
