Staring today, Sept. 6, customers will be able to indulge in the brand new ChurrDough Collection, described as a “first-of-its-kind craveable creation inspired by the cinnamon-sugary flavors of the churro with the light & airiness of a Krispy Kreme doughnut only they can create.” “If you love classic churros or our Original Glazed Doughnuts, you’re going to love this light and airy, cinnamon-y, caramel-y, creamy, sugary goodness we’ve created,” Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, said in a press release sent to Parade. There will be three new ChurrDough donuts to choose from, which are all tossed in cinnamon sugar. Here’s the scrumptious breakdown of every option:
Cinnamon Sugar Churrdough: An all-new Churrdough tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with swirls of cinnamon Kreme™ and salted caramel crunch pieces. Cookies & Kreme™ Churrdough: An all-new Churrdough tossed in cinnamon sugar, decorated with swirls of chocolate cookie Kreme™, topped with chocolate cookie pieces and drizzled with chocolate icing Dulce De Leche Churrdough: An all-new Churrdough tossed in cinnamon sugar, decorated with swirls of cream cheese icing and topped with cookie pieces and dulce de leche drizzle.
The “churr-ific” trio will be available at participating shops across the U.S. for a limited time. They can be purchased individually or in a three-pack to share with loved ones and colleagues. Krispy Kreme is being all too kind to customers this season as the churro menu comes on the heels of the previously announced fall treats, which were added to the menu in August and include a Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnuts, Pumpkin Spice Original Filled Cheesecake Doughnuts and a Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut.
